Coach Quinn Moon, a certified youth basketball development coach under USA Basketball, developed a profound passion for basketball at the tender age of 8 while observing his older sister Ashunda excel at an elite level. Despite an injury preventing him from pursuing the game beyond high school, his enthusiasm for basketball remained unwavering. Transitioning into the United States Army, Quinn found a platform to nurture and guide youth both on and off the court using basketball as a medium.

Commencing his coaching journey in recreational basketball in 2011 during his military service, Coach Moon's profound understanding and expertise in the sport have opened doors to coach in diverse programs such as recreational leagues, AAU, and semi-professional basketball. His primary focus lies in honing the talents and skills of young men and women. Beyond basketball, Coach Moon's involvement in the Next 5 Basketball Academy transcends the sport itself, aiming to empower players to realize and optimize their full potential both on the court and in life.
